Famous No Coffee Pumpkin Latte

"This is a warm and creamy rich pumpkin drink that taste like a Starbucks® pumpkin latte, but with NO caffeine. It is very kid-friendly or great at the midday office holiday party." Ingredients 1 cup   pumpkin puree 1 quart   milk 1/4 cup   white sugar 1 teaspoon   ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon   vanilla extract Directions Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large saucepan over medium heat. Use a whisk to blend well. Heat to a simmer; do not boil.

Mocha Coffee

Mocha Coffee "Mocha coffee is extremely easy to make in this recipe. Just add cocoa, sugar and milk to hot coffee and drink!" Ingredients: 1 cup   hot brewed coffee 1 tablespoon   unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon   white sugar 2 tablespoons   milk Directions Pour hot coffee into a mug. Stir in cocoa, sugar and milk.

Kahlua and Hot Chocolate

Kahlua and Hot Chocolate "Stir some Kahlua into your favorite hot chocolate and top with a dollop of whipped cream for a perfect winter warm-up." Ingredients: 2 fluid ounces   Kahlua 4 fluid ounces   hot chocolate Whipped cream Directions Pour prepared hot cocoa and Kahlua into a heated mug. Top with whipped cream.

Eggnog Hot Chocolate

"A delightful way to liven up your hot chocolate. You can also use peppermint sticks as a garnish." 2 1/2 cups   milk 12 ounces   bittersweet chocolate chips 4 cups   eggnog 1 teaspoon   vanilla extract 1/4 cup   coffee flavored liqueur (optional) whipped cream   (optional) 8   cinnamon sticks, garnish (optional) Directions In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate in milk over medium-low heat. Remove from heat, and let stand for 2 minutes. Whisk the chocolate until melted and smooth. Stir in the eggnog, and heat gently over low heat until very warm but not boiling. Remove from heat, and stir in the vanilla and coffee liqueur. Pour into mugs, and serve with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick garnish.

Caffè Shakerato

ingredients 1 espresso, freshly made Ice cubes Optional ingredients: Sugar syrup (as desired) A few drops vanilla extract or syrup Twist of lemon or orange peel preparation Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour the espresso over the ice. Add sugar or vanilla syrup to sweeten, if desired. Those with baroque palates may add vanilla extract or syrup,  or lemon or orange twist. Shake vigorously for 10 to15 seconds and strain into a cocktail (Martini) glass or champagne flute.

Cafe Mocha in a Jar

"A great balance of chocolate and coffee. Add 1 tablespoon mix to 6 ounces hot water for a warming treat!" Ingredients 1/2 cup   instant coffee granules 2 2/3 cups   non-fat dry milk powder 3/4 cup   hot cocoa mix 1/4 cup   powdered non-dairy creamer 1/4 cup   confectioners' sugar Directions Place instant coffee granules in a food processor and process into a fine powder. Stir ground instant coffee, milk powder, cocoa mix, creamer, and confectioners' sugar together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Keep in an airtight container.

Cafe Latte Milkshake

"A delightful coffee milkshake to pick you up on those hot days. If you feel like going to extreme measures, top it with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings." Ingredients 1 1/2 cups   cold coffee 2 scoops   vanilla ice cream 2 tablespoons   chocolate syrup Directions In a blender, combine cold coffee, ice cream and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Irish Coffee Cocktail

"The addition of Irish whiskey to piping hot coffee makes a winter warmer much different than your morning cup of Joe." Ingredients 1 tablespoon   sugar 6 fluid ounces   hot coffee 1 teaspoon   white sugar, or more to taste   (optional) 1/4 cup   whipped cream Directions Place sugar on a plate or shallow bowl. Lightly wet the rim of an Irish coffee glass with a moistened paper towel. Dip the rim in sugar to coat. Pour Irish whiskey into the prepared glass. Fill with coffee to within 1/2 inch of top. Add sugar and stir. Top with whipped cream.
