Mexican Pizza

"Mexican Pizzas are delicious corn tortillas topped with beans, beef and all the delicious taco toppings you can imagine! They can be cut into wedges and served as an appetizer or left whole and served as a main dish." Ingredients 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans  1 pound ground beef  1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix  1 tablespoon vegetable oil  4 (6 inch) corn tortillas  8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese  8 tablespoons sour cream  2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped  2 green onion, chopped  1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained  1/2 avocado, diced  1 tablespoon black olives, sliced Directions Heat the refried beans. Pizza Casserole

"This recipe takes all the good things we love on pizza and combines them with egg noodles to form a great, one-dish casserole to feed your family." Ingredients 2 cups uncooked egg noodles  1/2 pound lean ground beef  1 onion, chopped  2 cloves garlic, minced  1 green bell pepper, chopped  1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage  16 ounces pizza sauce  4 tablespoons milk  1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Directions Cook noodles according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic and green bell pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in the noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well. Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, top with the cheese, then bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.

Touchdown Pizza

"My favorite sports pub serves this, and I've come up with a simple and delicious home version. Many local restaurants sell wing sauce, and most grocery stores carry it near the steak and BBQ sauces. It's rich, so serve in squares as an appetizer. Serve ranch dressing, celery, and carrot sticks on the side. Enjoy!" Chef John's Cauliflower Pizza Crust

"If you'd never heard about pizza before and someone served this to you, I think you'd really enjoy it. Texture aside, the flavor of this final product was very pizza-like, and I'll be doing further experiments to be sure." Ingredients 1 head cauliflower, cored and separated into florets  1/2 cup water  1/2 teaspoon salt  2 ounces fresh goat cheese  1/2 ounce finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese  1 large egg  1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
