Rosemary Roasted Turkey

"This recipe makes your turkey moist and full of flavor. You can also use this recipe for Cornish game hens, chicken breasts or roasting chicken. Select a turkey sized according to the amount of people you will be serving." Johnsonville Italian Meatballs

"Using ground Italian sausage plus a few simple ingredients makes these flavorful meatballs extra-easy." Ingredients 1 package Johnsonville® Mild Italian Sausage Links or Ground Sausage  1 egg, lightly beaten  1/3 cup dry bread crumbs  1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese  1/4 cup milk  1/4 cup finely chopped onion Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk and onion. Remove sausage from casings. Add sausage to the bread crumb mixture and mix well. Shape into 20 meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a shallow baking pan Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through (160 degrees F). Serve with your favorite sauce and spaghetti.

Savory Chicken Breasts

"This is my favorite chicken recipe. It is delicious. My whole family loves it." Ingredients 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves  ground black pepper to taste  4 slices Swiss cheese  1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup  1/4 cup milk  1 cup dry bread crumbs  3 tablespoons butter, melted Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with ground black pepper to taste. Top each breast with a slice of cheese. Mix together the soup and milk and pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter/margarine. Bake covered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

"A great chicken recipe that I have made for years. Serve with rice and a fresh veggie. Impressive!" Ingredients 1 tablespoon olive oil  6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves  1 lemon  1/4 cup butter  3 cups fresh sliced mushrooms  2 tablespoons all-purpose flour  1/2 cup chicken broth, or more as needed  1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Pour olive oil in an 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Place the chicken breasts in the dish, coating each side with oil. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over each chicken breast. Ingredients 1 teaspoon vegetable oil  1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped  1 tablespoon chili powder  1 teaspoon cayenne pepper  salt and ground black pepper to taste  12 flour tortillas  2 cups pico de gallo salsa  1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend Directions Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir chicken, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper together in the hot oil until chicken is heated through, about 10 minutes. Ingredients 3 pounds chicken wings  2 tablespoons olive oil  1/2 cup soy sauce  2 tablespoons ketchup  1 cup honey  1 clove garlic, minced  salt and pepper to taste Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken. Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
