Chili Dogs with Cheese

"Classic chili dogs with shredded cheese and sliced green onions are ready to eat in just minutes." Ingredients 8   beef franks 8   hot dog buns, split 1 (15 ounce) can   HORMEL® Chili No Beans, heated Shredded cheese Sliced green onions   (optional) Directions Cook franks according to package directions. Place franks in buns; spoon hot chili over franks. Top with cheese, and green onions, if desired.

Cheesy Cheddar Roll-Ups

"The ultimate in finger food! These roll-ups are the perfect pre-game warm-up snack for the whole gang. Ingredients 1 (14 ounce) package Johnsonville® Beddar with Cheddar Sausage 1 small   onion, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon   olive oil 1 (8 ounce) tube   refrigerated crescent rolls 2 tablespoons   coarse ground mustard Directions In a small skillet, saute onion in oil until golden brown; cool slightly. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. (Please note: there will be two extra triangles that may be used to make dinner rolls.) Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard on each triangle. Divide onions equally on the triangles, and place one link on the wide end of each triangle. Carefully roll-up. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.

Croque Madame

"This recipe is a favorite in my family! I take a French class and I bring these little sandwiches to the French meeting. This typical French delectable is always on the menu in little French cafes." Ingredients 1 tablespoon   butter 1 cup   shredded Cheddar cheese 2 thick slices   white bread 2 slices   ham 1   egg Directions Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Mix in the cheese once it is melted. Dip each slice of bread into the melted cheese, coating both sides. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one slice of bread into the skillet and top with 2 slices of ham. Place the second piece of bread on top. Fry until golden on each side, then remove from the skillet and set aside. Fry the egg in the hot skillet to your liking: easy, medium, or well done. Place the fried egg on top of the sandwich and serve.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

"This is simple, and very yummy! My husband loves it and he is as picky as they come! Just throw in the oven and relax. Goes great with rice or noodles. Enjoy!" Ingrendients 4   skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 3/4 cup   honey 1/2 cup   prepared mustard lemon pepper to taste 4 slices   bacon, cut in half 1 cup   shredded mozzarella cheese Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the chicken breast halves in a baking dish, and drizzle evenly with honey and mustard. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake chicken 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Top each breast half with 2 bacon slice halves, and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Continue baking 10 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear, bacon is crisp, and cheese is bubbly.

Chicken Quesadillas

"This is a great recipe for parties. I freeze the leftovers; they reheat quite well. The zesty chicken and cooked peppers are a succulent delight when mixed with the melted cheeses. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa." Ingredients 1 pound   skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced 1 (1.27 ounce) packet   fajita seasoning 1 tablespoon   vegetable oil 2   green bell peppers, chopped 2   red bell peppers, chopped 1   onion, chopped 10 (10 inch)   flour tortillas 1 (8 ounce) package   shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon   bacon bits 1 (8 ounce) package   shredded Monterey Jack cheese Directions Preheat the broiler. Chicken and Rice Burritos

Ingrediets   1 container   Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice 1/4 cup   salsa 1/2 cup   cooked, diced chicken 1/4 cup   shredded Cheddar cheese 2   whole wheat tortillas 1/4 cup   chopped fresh cilantro leaves   (optional) 2 tablespoons   sour cream (optional) Directions Heat rice according to package directions. In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine salsa and chicken. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir in cheese and rice. Divide mixture onto tortillas. Top with cilantro and sour cream, if desired.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

"These burgers are the hit of my town. All my friends come over every weekend just for these burgers. With a little bit of basil leaves, and some olive oil, you will drooling all over yourself while you eat these." Ingrendiets 1 pound   ground beef 2 cloves   garlic, minced 2 tablespoons   extra virgin olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons   salt 1 teaspoon   freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon   dried basil leaves 4   hamburger buns, split Directions Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Mix together the ground beef, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Divide into four balls, and flatten into patties. Cook the patties for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. The internal temperature should be at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Remove from grill and place onto hamburger buns. Top with desired toppings and condiments.
