Potato Waffles

'' Here's a quick and delicious way to use up those leftover mashed potatoes. You WILL need a waffle iron. These are basically potato pancakes (a.k.a. latkes) but without all the greasy clean-up and calories from pan-frying. I usually serve them with fish or chicken and sauteed apples." Chef John's Deviled Eggs

"My deviled eggs recipe is fairly standard, except I like to add a little cream cheese. Unlike mayonnaise, cream cheese firms up when chilled, and provides a little more luxurious texture." Ingredients 12 large   eggs 3 tablespoons   white sugar 3 tablespoons   water 1   red jalapeno pepper, sliced into thin rings 2 tablespoons   cream cheese 1/3 cup   mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon   Sriracha or to taste 2 teaspoons   Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon   rice vinegar salt and ground black pepper to taste 1/4 cup   chopped chives Directions Place eggs in a large pot and cover with water. After School Fruit Rolls

"In this twist on the classic peanut butter and banana sandwich, peanut butter is spread on flour tortillas, and then wrapped around a cinnamon and honey-sweetened mixture of bananas and raisins." Ingredients 4   Mission® Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas 2   Bananas, thinly sliced 1/4 cup   Raisins 2 tablespoons   Honey 1/4 teaspoon   Cinnamon 1/2 cup   Peanut butter 1/4 cup   Chopped Peanuts or other Nuts   (optional) Directions Combine fruit, honey and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon peanut butter, leaving a 1-inch border. Spoon fruit filling down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Fold in 2 sides of tortilla to meet in center, then roll up, bottom to top. Place seam-side down. Halve each tortilla on a sharp diagonal.

Bagel and Cheese Bake

"This recipe is made the night before and popped in the oven in the morning. A great homemade breakfast sandwich taste in a casserole form." Ingredients 1/2 pound   bacon, diced 1/2 cup   chopped onion 3   plain bagels 1 cup   shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 12   eggs, beaten 2 cups   milk 2 teaspoons   chopped fresh parsley 1/4 teaspoon   pepper 1/2 cup   grated Parmesan cheese Directions Place the bacon and onion in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside. Slice each bagel into 4 thin slices. Arrange 6 bagel slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with the bacon and onion mixture, followed by the Cheddar cheese. Top with remaining bagel slices. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, parsley, and pepper. Ingredients 2 eggs 250 ml of yoghurt 2 cups (500 ml) cornstarch 120 ml oil 1 sachet of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 350 g feta cheese Eggs, then add the yogurt and oil. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt, add the beaten egg mixture. Mass must be well mixed. Mixtures add crumbled cheese. In greased mold for small muffins put the mixture to the top. Bake at a temperature of 180 C (15-17 minutes).
