Blueberry Crumb Bars

"Cheap and easy to make. Kids love them. Any berry can be used." Ingrediets 1 cup   white sugar 1 teaspoon   baking powder 3 cups   all-purpose flour 1 cup   shortening 1   egg 1/4 teaspoon   salt   (optional) 1 pinch   ground cinnamon (optional) 4 cups   fresh blueberries 1/2 cup   white sugar 3 teaspoons   cornstarch Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup sugar, 3 cups flour, and baking powder. Mix in salt and cinnamon, if desired. Use a fork or pastry cutter to blend in the shortening and egg. Dough will be crumbly. Pat half of dough into the prepared pan. In another bowl, stir together the sugar and cornstarch. Peanut Butter Noodles

"This is kid friendly with an Asian twist. Can also be made with spaghetti pasta." Ingrediets 1/2 cup   chicken broth 1 1/2 tablespoons   minced fresh ginger root 3 tablespoons   soy sauce 3 tablespoons   peanut butter 1 1/2 tablespoons   honey 2 teaspoons   hot chile paste (optional) 3 cloves   garlic, minced 8 ounces   Udon noodles 1/4 cup   chopped green onions 1/4 cup   chopped peanuts Directions Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender according to package directions. Drain. Meanwhile, combine chicken broth, ginger, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, chili paste, and garlic in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until peanut butter melts and is heated through. Add noodles, and toss to coat. Garnish with green onions and peanuts.

Cookie Dough for Ice Cream (Eggless)

"A wonderful addition to any ice cream. Turn any vanilla ice cream into cookie dough. Much better than the store bought cookie dough ice cream. NOTE: This does not include the ice cream recipe - just the dough." Ingrediets 1/2 cup   all-purpose flour 2 1/2 tablespoons   brown sugar 3 tablespoons   white sugar 2 tablespoons   butter, softened 1/8 teaspoon   vanilla extract 2 tablespoons   water Directions In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla and water. Mix in the flour until well blended. Shape into a loaf or log, and freeze for 1 to 2 hours. Cut into small chunks, and mix into softened ice cream. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm before serving.

Famous No Coffee Pumpkin Latte

"This is a warm and creamy rich pumpkin drink that taste like a Starbucks® pumpkin Latte but with NO caffeine so it is very kid friendly or great at the mid day office Holiday party." Ingrediets 1 cup   pumpkin puree 1 quart   milk 1/4 cup   white sugar 1 teaspoon   ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon   vanilla extract Directions Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large saucepan over medium heat. Use a whisk to blend well. Heat to a simmer; do not boil.

Three Chese tortellini with chicken broth

"Cheesy tortellini in chicken broth with shredded cheese and parsley makes a hearty, warming lunch on a chilly day." Ingrediets 1 (12 ounce) package Barilla® Three Cheese Tortellini 5 cups   chicken broth 1/3 cup shredded Parmigiano cheese   shredded Parmigiano cheese 1/2 tablespoon   chopped Italian parsley Directions Bring broth to boil. Add tortellini and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve in individual bowls topped with Parmigiano cheese; garnish with parsley.

Easy, Eggless Strawberry Ice Cream

"Use your ice cream maker to create this rich and creamy strawberry ice cream. There are no eggs in this recipe." Iingrediets 2 cups   whole milk 2 cups   heavy cream 1 cup   white sugar 1/4 teaspoon   salt 2 teaspoons   vanilla extract 2 cups   mashed fresh strawberries 2 drops   red food coloring (optional) Directions In a large bowl, combine the milk, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla, strawberries, and food coloring. Pour the mixture into the freezer bowl of an ice cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

"These burgers are the hit of my town. All my friends come over every weekend just for these burgers. With a little bit of basil leaves, and some olive oil, you will drooling all over yourself while you eat these." Ingrendiets 1 pound   ground beef 2 cloves   garlic, minced 2 tablespoons   extra virgin olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoons   salt 1 teaspoon   freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon   dried basil leaves 4   hamburger buns, split Directions Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Mix together the ground beef, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Divide into four balls, and flatten into patties. Cook the patties for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. The internal temperature should be at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Remove from grill and place onto hamburger buns. Top with desired toppings and condiments.

Juicy Grilled Corn On The Cob

"Doesn't matter if you use fresh corn or frozen, this recipe will make it the best corn you've ever eaten!"
