Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

"This is a slightly healthier version of traditional chocolate chip cookies because margarine and cream cheese replace straight butter. They bake up moist and cake-like and have a delicious taste. I always gets rave reviews!" Ingredients 1 (8 ounce) package   cream cheese 1 cup   margarine 3/4 cup   white sugar 3/4 cup   packed brown sugar 1   egg 1 teaspoon   vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups   all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon   baking powder 1/2 teaspoon   salt 2 cups   milk chocolate chips Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray (I use butter flavored) and set aside. Combine cream cheese, margarine, and sugars. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix. Bake 15-18 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Enjoy!

Cream Cheese Squares

"Cream cheese squares. Very easy, and very good." Ingredients 2 (8 ounce) cans   refrigerated crescent roll dough 2 (8 ounce) packages   cream cheese 1 cup   white sugar 1 teaspoon   vanilla extract 1/2 cup   margarine, melted 1/4 cup   white sugar 1 teaspoon   ground cinnamon Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Press one can of the crescent rolls into the bottom of the prepared pan. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread over the crescent layer. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay them on top of the cream cheese layer. Do not press down. Pour the melted margarine over the entire pan. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is crisp and golden.

Lemon Cream Cheese Bars

Alfredo Sauce

"Rich and creamy! I have found that Parmesan cheese doesn't melt well, and often substitute Gruyere cheese." Ingredients 1/4 cup   butter 1 cup   heavy cream 1 clove   garlic, crushed 1 1/2 cups   freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup   chopped fresh parsley Directions Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.
